Canine Countryside Capers!

The Danaher Animal Home is holding a sponsored dog walk on Sunday 5th September.

We would love it if you and your four legged friends would join us and our dogs for a walk through the surrounding beautiful countryside.

The home does not have a veterinary on site so injured animals should be taken to a local surgery.

Castle View school girls support Danaher by walking the sea wall on Canvey Island.

Dog Adoptions

Please note that it is our policy not to re-home dogs to families with children under 3 years of age except puppies in certain circumstances.

Also in the light of recent experiences and to avoid any doubt we have decided not to re-home large breeds with children under 15 years of age in the house unless the dog has a full behavioural history. Exceptions can be considered in individual circumstances.
